[ Christian Reilly ]
VP Chief Technology Officer - Citrix

In his role, Christian engages our global customer and partner base to articulate the Citrix vision; working with them to better understand industry & business direction and the evolving markets in which we play, feeding that back into the core business to influence future overall product strategy & direction.

Previously, Christian held the role of Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for the Workspace Services Business Unit at Citrix, responsible for driving technology strategy & direction.  The Workspace Services Business comprised many of the core products and technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, XenMobile, XenServer and Citrix Cloud. The Workspace Services Business Unit was restructured in early 2017 to allow for a streamlining of the overall Product & Engineering functions.

Prior to joining Citrix, Christian held several key IT leadership positions over a 19-year career at US-based Engineering & Construction firm Bechtel, where he was responsible for the strategic planning, infrastructure & enterprise architecture and global innovation program within the corporate Information Systems & Technology group.  Christian led the team that identified strategic areas of new and emerging technology development and advised on sustainable innovations that would make the biggest impacts to Bechtel’s $35bn global business.

Christian is a native of Manchester, England and studied Business & Computing at the University of Central Lancashire, England.

[ Zoe Chilton ]
Head of Technical Partnership AMRBR

Zoe leads a team managing key relationships with Aston Martin Red Bull Racing’s technical and innovation partners, based at the team’s headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK. The diverse portfolio of 14 Partnerships spans a wide range of technical capabilities and products –from some of the World’s biggest names in telecoms and IT, to leading experts in manufacturing and product development. Zoe joined

Aston Martin Red Bull Racing in 2015, coming from 5 years industry experience in motorsport and high-performance engineering in the UK’s Motorsport Valley. Initially joining the Team asa Senior Partnership Manager, Zoe’s role is to liaise directly with the team’s key technical partners, and also engineering stakeholders within the business, to ensure innovation partnerships deliver the maximum value to both parties.

After completing a law degree with honours from one of the UK’s top law schools, Zoe attended University of Warwick to study for an MSc in Engineering Business Management. Graduating with a distinction, Zoe then went to work for the Motorsport Industry Association, running international business development activities for UK motorsport suppliers and manufacturers, and working on campaigns to represent the industry at Government level.

More recently, Zoe has worked in marketing and business development for low carbon vehicle technology developer Torotrak Group, and motorsport-bred subsidiary Flybrid, developing a keen working knowledge of mechanical engineering, vehicle dynamics and engineering processes.

Zoe is a highly competent presenter, having represented Aston MartinRed Bull Racing and its Partners at a range of major industry events, technical conferences, as well as trackside and factory activations.

“I’ve always been a fanatic about learning how things work; my love of motorsport spawned from my love of learning new things, so the relentless pace of innovation and evolution at Aston Martin Red Bull Racing is a fascinating environment to work in. It’s great to be able to share that excitement with our partners and guests, to tell the story of the incredible engineering and technology journey we’re on. It never stops, there’s always something new and interesting to talk about.”
